In light of events that have happened over the past several weeks, you'll notice that the banner has changed. This will be the more permanent banner, and can be used regardless of what staff members we have on DarkCosmos.

That said, a rift has opened here in the Galaxy, and we need a new mod to fill it. Therefore, for a limited time, I am now accepting Moderator Application Tests for anyone who wishes to apply to be DarkCosmos' newest staff member. There is a catch though: only 1 person will be chosen!

If you think you want to step up to the plate and take the responsibilities of an Aural (just a normal Aural, no higher), then fill out the MAT, and send it in a PM to me, ShamanLord. (Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT fill it out and then post it in this topic. What you fill out is no one's business but your own and the staff's.) The applications will be reviewed by the Dark Aurals, and whoever we deem to be the most worthy and able of the position will get it.

All right, the apps have been thoroughly reviewed. While the admins and I were reviewing the apps we came across some very interesting details, not only regarding the apps, but the staff in general.

I'd like to start by saying that virtually all of you did a great job on your applications. The applications will be saved for future reference, in case a new opening is needed. So don't think you're down and out right away.

Now, we actually have two new mods. Why two? Well, one of our older mods, Dunsparce, has not showed up here or anywhere on the Internet (to my knowledge) in months. Thus, he has been demoted to free up space.

In regards to the two mods that were given new positions, they are...
Well, most of you know them, and you know them quite well.

One of them is closely linked to Psypoke and well liked by the staff members there.
The other is one of the most well-liked members here and respected by everyone.

Sparrow and Drakontas!

The two of you, I need you both to post appropriately in the "For All You New Mods" topic in the...special place.
