It's actually a very good question.
Informe does not normally allow HTML as a default. Rather, the Admin CP allows the admin to manually add what codes are allowed to be used or not. The big drawback is if you don't know the codes, no one gets to use them. And it's a real pain to add them all when there should just be an 'on' switch.
I'll add the 'embed' and 'div' tags, along with any other tags you might find useful. (Post them in the topic.) (I just added the normal like center, s, b, and so on, because that's all I knew of...)
